Every plan starts with a first-time deep clean at the regular rate to bring your home to baseline; your plan's per-visit pricing applies from the next visit on. Bi-weekly is billed as 26 cleans a year ÷ 12 months and weekly as 52 ÷ 12 — months with a fifth visit are already covered.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the missed areas free of charge. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed — it's how we've built our name in the valley.
Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment — your deposit moves to the new date or comes straight back. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept for the reserved slot. And if a clean isn't right, we re-clean free and refund anything we can't make right. Read the full policy.
Fair & square
If anything about your clean isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the missed areas free of charge. If we still haven't made it right after the re-clean, we'll refund the part of the service that fell short — up to a full refund. We'd rather lose a little money than a neighbor's trust.
Life happens — you can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, and your $50 deposit moves to the new date or comes straight back to you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice (or if we arrive and can't get in after trying to reach you) mean the deposit is kept — it covers the time slot we held and can't refill.
Illness, emergency, anything — you get a full refund of everything you've paid, priority pick of our next open slots, and 15% off that rescheduled clean. Fair is fair, both directions.
Pause or cancel anytime with 14 days' notice. If you've already been billed for visits that haven't happened yet, we refund those unused visits in full.
All refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
