That is what our standard clean, The Refresh, is for. It covers the whole home on a schedule you set, and because you keep the same team, the work gets better over time rather than restarting from zero each visit. They learn that the guest bath is barely used, that the dog bed needs doing weekly, that you would rather they skip the office.
Add-ons are available per visit if you want them — inside the refrigerator or oven ($45 each), interior windows ($75), inside cabinets ($50), laundry ($30 a load) or dishes ($25 a load). Nothing is bundled in that you did not ask for.
The right frequency depends on how hard your home works, not on how large it is.
Our memberships are no-contract. The price is locked for 12 months, but you can pause or cancel any time with 14 days' notice — the 12 months is a price guarantee, not a commitment you are tied into.
Often, yes — and we will tell you honestly rather than upselling. If a home has not been professionally cleaned in six months or more, there is accumulated work (baseboards, grout, inside appliances, vents) that a standard visit is not scoped to reach. Starting with a deep clean and then moving to recurring standard visits is usually cheaper over a year than paying for repeated standard cleans that never quite catch up. If your home is already in good shape, skip it.

The price you are quoted is the price you pay. There is no hourly meter, no travel surcharge inside our service area, and no "the home was worse than expected" adjustment after the fact.

Everyone who enters your home is background-checked and we carry liability insurance — worth confirming with anyone you hire, because a meaningful share of the market in this valley operates without either. We are locally owned and based in Hemet, not a franchise office reporting to a national brand, and if something goes wrong you will be dealing with the people whose name is on it.
If a clean is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and redo the missed areas free.

Bi-weekly suits most households and is our most common schedule. Weekly suits homes with kids, pets or heavy traffic. Monthly works if you tidy between visits but want the deeper work handled.
No — most clients aren't. Many leave a key, garage code or smart-lock code, stored securely and shared only with your assigned team.
